We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 60 days after purchase. To make international shipping back to us simpler and at local charges, you can choose to return to one of our local warehouses. Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
